The link didn't take me to the usual place to listen. Instead of a video, it's offering a book format (which there is none). Any ideas on this? I'd really like to hear her message! Thanks!
I checked to make sure the link is working properly, and then clicked on "20.3 MB" on the bottom right corner, under "Windows Media" Kelly was having some issues with her microphone that day I believe, so it did affect the quality of the recording.
